Data Recipients have grown 10% with CDR Representatives still the most popular access model

ADRs, CDR Representative and Trusted Advisors have grown 10% since December 2022 with CDR Representatives making up almost 60% of all Data Recipients.

Consumer Finance is still the focus

Consumer focussed value propositions continue to dominate the participating industries. Consumer banking, lending, personal finance and wealth and investments making up greater than 50% of the participation.

Fintechs continue to lead the way as data recipients

Fintech’s make up the largest cohort of data recipients making up almost 50% of all data recipients and showing the way for the innovators and early adopters in the open banking ecosystem.

More banks are moving into active status but only 10% of banks have become ADRs

Positively we saw Westpac and Bank of Queensland move from inactive to active status on the register. However, banks are still slow to become ADRs with only 10% of banks currently accredited as a Data Recipient.
